Also discussed is how to spot signs and symptoms of poor mental health, what can cause changes in person’s mental health, supporting others, the importance of looking after yourself and where to find support.

Coaching a group in personal development is highly effective. It creates encouragement, motivation and self growth.
I have developed a program that can be tailored to suit the needs of your group of staff/clients/service users or colleagues.
This program can be delivered on your premises or a venue that is suitable. It is highly interactive, as learning by doing, and with support from others can be very successful.

The benefits for the participant of this program include a better self awareness, an clearer sense of direction, motivation, a higher self esteem, a better understanding of their personal values and beliefs, coping mechanisms for difficult times, a greater knowledge of resilience and the importance of placing value on fulfilling relationships.
The underlying foundation of the entire program is for the participant to ensure they care for themselves, recognise signs of poor mental health and how to improve this, as well as maintain good mental health and enhance the quality of their lives.
